    • Archeed (hereinafter referred to as “the Website”) is an online learning website for law aspirants by Archeed.

    • The term ‘User’ refers to a registered member of the website who consents to share their information, including but not limited to name, date of birth, city, state, phone number, and e-mail ID (hereinafter collectively referred to as “information”) with trusted and relevant educational institutions, such as Architecture colleges, coaching institutions, etc.

    • It is informed that the Website may, at its discretion, alter, modify, amend, or remove the terms of this Privacy Policy after giving you due notice. Therefore, kindly apprise yourself of all such changes to ensure your compliance with them.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the website and the User agree as follows:

Archeed reserves the right to revise these Terms of Use at any time in its sole discretion by posting revised Terms of Use to the Sites. Your use of the Sites signifies your acceptance of all the terms and conditions contained within the Terms of Use posted at the time of your use. You will be responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use posted to the Sites.

In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, the website and the User agree as follows:

1. Information Collection

The following types of information are collected:

    • Personal information such as your name, contact number, residential address, email address, etc.

    • Browsing information such as your Internet Protocol Address, Internet Service Provider, Web Browser, Operating System, Geolocation, etc.

    • If the user is under the age of 18, the consent of a parent or guardian is also obtained before processing data from minors. We do not use children’s data for tracking or targeted advertising.

    • By submitting content , you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such Material in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) and to associate your Material with you, except as described below. You agree to let others use the Material in the same way as any other content available through the Services and others may fork, tweak and repurpose your Material in accordance with these Terms. On deleting your user account your Material and name may remain available through the Services.

2. Information Sharing:

    • The Website shall share or disclose the information received and/or collected from you with relevant and trusted educational institutions or “trusted third parties”. The User grants the license for the same.

    • The User acknowledges that the website will share the information “as is” without making any alterations to the information provided by the User.

    • The User further confirms that any communication, as mentioned hereinabove, shall not be construed as Unsolicited Commercial Communication under the TRAI guidelines.

    • The Website collects your data only for the above-mentioned purposes.

3. Information Retention:

    • The Website shall retain your information with itself during and until you continue to avail its Services, or longer if required for facilitating, record-keeping, accounting, investigating, troubleshooting problems, resolving disputes, and/or legal purposes, as may be deemed fit by the Website.

4. User Representations and Warranties

    • The User represents that he/she is not under any legal or other disability which limits his/her ability to comply with the above Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy and/or any other relevant terms.

    • The User represents and warrants that the information provided is accurate, authentic, current, and not fabricated. The User also guarantees maintaining and updating information (including email address) to keep it accurate and complete.

    • The User acknowledges that if any information provided is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Archeed reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and the User`s use of this website.

Upon providing his/her information, the User agrees to the following points:

    • The User makes his/her contact details available to Archeed; and he may be contacted by Archeed/ relevant and trusted third parties as mentioned above through email, telephone and SMS.

    • Archeed reserves the right to use the user’s mobile and demographic information, such as age, sex, and location, to conduct targeted email, mobile, and phone marketing campaigns, even for relevant and trusted third parties wishing to advertise using our database.

    • Archeed also reserves the right to sell this information if a relevant and trusted third party is desirous of purchasing it. The user shall not object to any call /SMS /communication by any third party authorized by Archeed to communicate with the user.

5. Compensation

The User agrees they will not receive monetary compensation for sharing information with educational institutions through the website.

6. Our Responsibilities & Disclaimer of Liability

    • The Website implements robust technical and organisational measures to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, or damage. The website also regularly reviews and updates security practices to address emerging threats.

    • The Website does not claim any ownership of the User’s information or upon the information of any third parties posted, uploaded, or entered on the Website.

    • The Website shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused owing to the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of the information provided by the User.

    • The Website shall not be liable for any loss of your information owing to sharing it with any third party. The respective Privacy Policies of such third parties shall govern such information.

    • The User shall solely be liable for any loss or damage caused to the information belonging to the User or any third party or the Owner or for any consequential loss or damage caused to any person and/or entity owing to the acts or omissions on the part of the User.
    • On our website the firms the firms register themselves and post about their firms and openings in their firms and we are not responsible for it. We do not supervise the charts and correspondence made between candidates and firms on our website. We do not take responsibility for the same.
    • ⁠We advertise about events, courses and sessions happening around and we provide the data which is supplied to us and does not take any responsibility.
    • The Website shall promptly and in the prescribed manner notify the Data Protection Board and the affected Data Principals of any personal data breach. The website shall have authority to visit the candidates profile for the safety and security of the users.  

    • The Website shall also conduct regular audits and data protection assessments to ensure compliance with the latest laws.

    • Our Website provides Users with access to compiled educational information. Such information is provided on an ‘As Is’ basis and we assume no liability for the accuracy or completeness or use or non-obsolescence of such information. We shall neither be liable to update or ensure continuity of such information contained on the Website nor be responsible for information compiled from third party sources. The links provided are solely for convenience. It neither means that we endorse it nor do we have responsibility for the link provided. You should not create a link to the Website from another website or document without the Archeed prior written consent.

    • Archeed reserves the exclusive right, at its sole discretion, to publish, remove or modify content related to the promotion of events and opportunities, including but not limited to the alteration of the dates of posting, with or without prior notice to the concerned party or parties. All dates specified in relation to the posting and promotion of such events and opportunities shall be deemed tentative and subject to change at Acheed’s discretion. This right is exercisable by Archeed to ensure the timely and effective dissemination of information pertinent to its users and to maintain the quality and relevance of content available on its platform.

    • Archeed retains the right to publish content pertaining to similar events and opportunities, irrespective of any previous acceptance of a post for publication. The acceptance of any post for publication on the Archeed platform does not confer upon any individual, organisation or entity an exclusive right to publication of similar or identical content. Archeed decision to publish or refrain from publishing, any subsequent posts of a similar or identical nature shall be made at its sole discretion, without obligation to any prior content contributors. This clause is intended to preserve the diversity and breadth of content available on Archeed, ensuring a wide range of opportunities and information is accessible to its user base.

7. Amendment and Removal of information

    • The Website reserves the right to remove or cease sharing any information at its sole discretion, without prior notice to the User, at its discretion, or if it believes that the information violates any terms of this agreement.

    • Archeed will make all endeavours to update our records with the latest information the User provides. However, you may edit some of the information if you see any discrepancy in your personal information.

    • The User can inform us or any third party to stop using or limit our use of their personal information.

    • The User can also ask us to erase or delete their personal information

    • If the User chooses to delete their account, all their personal information will be deleted.

8. Indemnification

    • The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of or related to the information, including any claims of infringement or violation of third-party rights.

    • In no event and under no circumstances or otherwise shall Archeed be liable, without limitation, for any damages whatsoever, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of any access to or any use of or any inability to access or use this website including any material, information, links, and content accessed through this website or any linked external website.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

10. Change in terms of Privacy Policy

Archeed reserves the right to amend or modify this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy at any time, as and when needed. We request that you regularly check this Terms of Service and Privacy Policy from time to time to stay apprised of changes made. Your continued use of the Platform gives your acceptance of such change in terms of the Privacy Policy.

If any provision of this agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
